As part of the TES, we advertise on behalf of the schools who we are partnered with providing a solution to their temporary supply needs, varying from daily supply, short and long-term placements and permanent jobs for teachers, NQTs, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and support staff.
More about the role available - We're looking for newly qualified and experienced Teachers of Geography who can offer KS3, KS4 and/or KS5.
Place of work - We work with the majority of Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Colleges across the Greater Manchester region and further afield for those who may be happy to travel. Those areas include Manchester, Tameside, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton, East Lancashire, Wigan, Salford, Warrington, Cheshire, Buxton, Trafford and Stockport.
The bookings will vary from ad-hoc daily assignments to permanent work depending on your circumstances on either a full-time or part-time basis.
To be considered for the Geography Teacher role you must:
Be a passionate and innovative Teacher of Geography with KS3, KS4 and/ or KS5 exprience
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers who put children at the heart of everything they do
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
Have very high expectations of students and staff alike
