We have a fantastic new opportunity working alongside our successful client who due to growth is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive based in their modern offices in Burton Upon Trent.

This is an immediate start after successful interview working Monday to Friday - with a salary of £18,000.

The main Duties of the role.

• Answering phone calls
• Managing email in boxes and responding accordingly
• Processing handover forms
• Liaising with sales and site to obtain handover information
• Liaising with customers to manage their complaints
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure customers accounts are set up correctly
• Fixing duplication's within the system

The ideal candidate will be motivated and organised and always strive to deliver a first class service. You must also be able to multi task and prioritise workload to ensure all daily tasks are completed to a high standard.
