My clients are a leading trade distributor of premium kitchen appliances, sinks & taps to kitchen retailers and small developers, and due to an increase in business have a vacancy for a Sales Office Administrator.

Role Profile:

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of a small, internal sales team. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Inputting quotes & orders into our in-house system.

Answering customer telephone calls and e-mails.

Supporting our field-sales team in achieving sales targets.

Promoting and marketing special offers to the industry.

Acquiring new customers and generating sales growth in existing accounts.

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.

Dealing with customer queries and issues.

They are looking for someone with experience in a sales environment with the following attributes:

Motivated and enthusiastic.


Office 365 experience.

Experience of Pegasus Opera would be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Professional telephone manner.

Attention to detail.

This is a full time permanent position ( hours per week), 22 days holiday + bank holidays
