Regional Sales Manager Eastern Counties
Tasked with developing new business opportunities by the creation of your own sales appointments and achieving set KPIs and targets of client meetings and conversions according to the business requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven history in B2B development / sales and be responsible for the complete sales process from client visit, order placement to the smooth implementation of the project to a satisfactory conclusion. This role will involve travelling to clients in the Eastern Region of the UK and will have a company car supplied for this purpose.
You must be able to demonstrate experience within a business customer facing environment and show an understanding of profit & loss business entities. If you background is from a Sales Management environment and you are looking to take the next step to external sales, then this could be the role for you. Ideally if you come from within an existing technical environment or similar, however this is not a necessity if you can learn a new industry quickly.
Based from the Head Office in Norwich the core hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm although some extra hours will need to be worked if travelling to and from clients and you will be compensated for this. The salary is flexible depending on your proven previous sales experience between £20,000 to £30,000 and an OTE with commission of £90,000 which should be achievable within the first 18 months
