An opportunity has arisen within a leading organisation in Trafford for a Finance Assistant on a 6 month contract.

Finance Assistant Duties:

Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment

Stement reconciliation
Processing of emergency payments/same day payments for suppliers when necessary

Handle supplier queries for invoice settlements and overdue payments

Support set up of new direct debit mandates

Set up new vendor accounts on Oracle and via the current process

Support production of monthly trading reports

Recharge key expense types to business on monthly or weekly basis

Attend to housekeeping of Oracle Purchasing in reviewing and closing old purchase orders

The successful candidate will have:

6 months' experience in a similar role

Ability to work as part of a team.

Intermediate Excel skills (V-look ups, Pivot tables etc.)
