Contract (Full time)
Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
To collate, prepare, input and update Payroll and HR Employee information into Zellis Resourcelink system during the project.
Pro-actively assist the Head of Department and Department Manager in ensuring continued momentum of the multi-faceted project.
Find efficiencies and improvements to ensure the Department and business as a whole find benefit in the use of the system for information and ultimately via self service.
Reconciliation between all systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Assist in absence input into Zellis Resourcelink, by way of upload or manually.
There will be a requirement to assist with general administration within the Payroll office and support the team where workloads require.
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload, ensuring all deadlines are met, with an awareness of the deadlines and payment dates within the whole team.
Have excellent communication skills, both on the Skype, via e-mail and letter.
Motivated and pro-active.
A minimum of 2 years previous experience preferably in a payroll or HR environment.
Ideally would have experience of Zellis software or package of similar nature such as iTrent.
Be organised, flexible, adaptable and somebody who can work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
