Technical Product Manager (OTC Front Office Trading UI/UX) Market-leading financial services organisation is seeking an accomplished Technical Product Manager with a wealth of expertise across trading, OTC and FX or Commodities in Front Office environments to join their talented team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established trader to accelerate their career as a Technical Product Manager and to take a lead role in driving a cutting-edge market data and trading application to industry-wide adoption.

As a Technical Product Manager you'll take ownership of guiding the delivery of a suite of cutting-edge technical products. You'll collaborate with the CEO to formulate a product roadmap, supported by user research. You'll also get involved across UI/UX design, partnering with key individuals from that portion of the business to refine the UI/UX features and ensure they align with the business and product objectives.

Please note: there is currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as 100% work from home during the current social distancing measures. There will be a gradual return to the Central London office in due course, with continued flexible work opportunities

Requirements:
You have an exemplary record of academic achievement, or above from top tier university
You have commercial experience as a Trader, trading OTC, FX or Commodities in Front Office environments
You have strong experience as Product Manager working on a B2B product
You have start-up experience
You have a notable appreciation of UI/UX and experience working with UI/UX Designers
You're naturally analytical and an exceptional problem solver
You have meticulous attention to detail and take a data-driven approach to decisions
You have advanced written and verbal communication skills
