This forward thinking provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to manage their large home who support the elderly.  
 
We are looking for someone with:
 
·Previous experience as a Registered Manager
·Proven motivational Leadership and Management skills
·Management of a large home
·Business development and organisational skills
·Recruitment of proficient staff
·Good understanding of CQC and outcome based quality
·Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 4
