What will this role of Hydraulic Assembly Technician entail?

As a Hydraulic Assembly Technician, you'll be responsible for building and stripping a variety of simple and complex hydraulic units, and utilising your knowledge of hydraulic systems to conduct efficient inspections and fault-finding investigations.

What will I need to be considered for the Hydraulic Assembly Technician vacancy?

  • Proven experience of building, testing and stripping both simple and complex hydraulic units and actuation systems, within a quality / regulatory controlled environment (ISO 9001 / ISO14001 etc.)
  • Excellent fault-finding skills
  • Ability to interpret machining drawings and operation sheets
  • Proven experience of measurement equipment (Vernier's, micrometres, borematic's etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised using own initiative and as part of a team

Although not essential, Aerospace experience would be highly advantageous.
