Job Title: Resource Coordinator
Location: Remote – London
Job type: Permanent
Salary:£25,000 - £28,000

Job purpose:

An amazing client of ours a leading global organisation is looking for a Resource Coordinator to join their amazing team in London. This individual will be working in close cooperation with the Head of Resource Management & Business Operations, this induvial will hold a key role within the business. They will have the responsibility for manager in the Inter-Company contractors and the associated processes with this.

The roles of this job will include, offering administrative and co-ordination duties, ensuring that all data maintains accurate and efficient. You will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner and have stakeholder management skills as well as patience. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control over the Interco contractor set and up and extensions.
  • Work in partnership with Strategic Staffing to ensure aligned contractor headcount numbers.
  • Utilise Kimble to ensure accurate SF Forecasting, Assignment Maintenance, Troubleshooting
  • Guarantee that month end reporting is on time and accurate, to enable business to identify and convey results and trends
  • Oversee day to day operational queries.
  • Assist in monitoring the sales/demand pipeline, supporting the Head of Resource Management to monitor and manage our demand and supply
  • Upkeep all systems and data including Kimble (resource planner) and SAP (timesheet management)
  • Understand Interco demand and ensure it is captured in our Resource Management tool, Kimble, to enable key milestones to be accurately reflected
  • SAP time entry support for the business
  • Contribute to efficient business processes

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Excellent team working skills including the ability to contribute proactively and supportively to the delivery of team initiatives
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Ability to interpret data, with strong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge or ability to become a strong user of SAP
  • Highly motivated and Results driven with a view to developing an expanding role
  • Confident communication skills
  • Comfortable under pressure working to tight deadlines with a proactive and calm approach
