You will work on a busy service desk, resolving incidents, picking up tickets, supporting remote workers and giving first class customer service.

Skills required for this role: Excellent customer service Microsoft 365 Networking

• Cisco/ HP Azure/ AWS exposure Active Directory Backup technologies such as Veeam VOIP telephony Understanding of ITIL practices Previous experience in a software house or managed service provider is desirable Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries Resolving customer queries and technical problems Passing over tickets to the relevant department Supporting virtual and remote servers Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies Collect and report customer feedback To apply, please send an updated CV to ASAP.
