The Pharmacist will be running a telephone triage service based on site.

Duties

• Speaking with patients who are unable to attend on site paying attention to those who are under serius risk during the current pandemic.
• To undertake medication audits.
• To manage the repeat prescribing reauthorisation process by reviewing requests for repeat prescriptions.
• Rate £30-£38
