Paid Serach & SEO Executive, Up to £45,000, Basingstoke, Hampshire Area, Lovely Technology Company with amazing growth record, Including some Agile working Paid Seach & SEO Executive: We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Paid Search & SEO  Executive to help scale-up and drive our clients paid search and SEO marketing activity.  The successful candidate will also be the go-to person for data analysis and insights that will contribute to the company's strong growth strategies. This is an exciting and new opportunity to play a key role in the strategy, day-to-day management and hands-on optimisation of search channels, in order to drive performance in line with Return on Investment (ROI) targets. Main Responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns includes account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative and landing page revisions. The successful candidate can identify and interpret trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations to hone marketing campaigns for optimum performance. Create, deploy and optimise Paid Search and Display campaigns/activity across multiple channels to achieve commercial targets Optimise paid search and advertising display network campaigns including keyword portfolio development, bid adjustment, A/B testing, audience building, remarketing, and landing page optimisation. Constantly devising new experiments to find growth areas Monitor, track and evaluate PPC campaign performance, based on KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rates Conduct technical SEO analysis with a focus on search rankings, search terms, backlinking, competitor SEO benchmarking, and recommendations to improve website content Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research Analyse campaigns and translating anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns to improve key performance indicators on an ongoing basis Constantly look to develop the digital strategy with a test and learn approach, implementing new technologies where appropriate to drive qualified traffic to relevant websites Collaborate with the marketing team to guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best Collate data from multiple sources across all marketing activities to use in reports, and applying best-in-class analytical techniques to provide meaningful insights that help improve effectiveness Conduct campaign and channel analysis across all marketing channel, offline and online, to provide data-driven recommendations that support a growth marketing strategy for test & learn experiments, continual refinement and optimisation Build and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports to track marketing performance Ideal Experience Required: Experience in performance marketing (especially paid search, from strategy to implementation and reporting) Good knowledge of the paid search marketing landscape, tools, vendors, and keen interest to keep track of new developments Knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and bid management systems Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, AccuRanker, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush Good understanding of marketing analytics with experience converting data into actionable insights Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identifying trends Experienced in creating reports/dashboards Proficient in MS Excel Experience of using Hubspot is desirable Experience of using leading BI tools such as MS PowerBI, Google Datastudio would be advantageous
