Roving Project Manager The company The retail projects division of one of the UK’s premier main contractors is keen to strengthen its project management team. They are recognised as being one of the leading contractors within the retail sector and are working with many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and high street shops. The role For this particular role you will be working on a major national supermarket framework. Projects will vary in value and will range from £500,000 - £, these will be fast track and working in a live environment. Key Requirements: Your key responsibility will be to ensure that projects are built safely, economically and within the agreed timescales whilst delivering quality. You will be responsible for multiple sites on a national basis that will be individually managed by a site manager. You must be prepared to travel. You will also be responsible for ensuring that both sub-contractors and site managers are allocated effectively. This is a client facing role. Prior recent experience of working on live environment projects is essential. * You must also hold an SMSTS, Manager’s CSCS, 1st Aid, and Asbestos Awareness as a minimum.
