Sales Administrator Wanted
Based in Oldbury
Temp to Perm
Hours - 17:00- Monday to Friday
My client based in Oldbury and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their lively and friendly team.
- Assisting customers with any queries or complaints they may have.
- Process new sales orders.
- Providing basic product knowledge with an aptitude to learn more.
- Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies.
- Organising, filing and logging enquiries.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a similar Customer Service role is essential.
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Work and Excel.
- Clear and accurate communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
- Must be able to work efficiently both as a team and under your own initiative
- Organised, good prioritiser
- Good telephone manner.
