Ace Appointments (Midlands) Ltd Temporary division is currently recruiting for excellent customer service advisors/administrators to work from home on a 6 month temporary contract.
Pay Rate - £ Per Hour
Shifts Available:
Shift 1 –Wednesdays: – & Friday –
Shift 3- Saturdays: – & Sundays: –
Shift 4 – Saturdays: – & Sundays: -
Shift 5 - Sundays: – & Mondays –
Skills Required:
Customer Service Experience within an office environment
Good level of secondary education
Fast and accurate computer keyboard skills
Numerate with good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate including excel and outlook
Excellent customer service and admin skills
Person Specification:
Be capable of operating effectively as a team member
Reliable and flexible
Ability to prioritise
Polite and courteous manner
Professional attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to Multi-task
Confident and assertive
You must be available to start on Monday 4th January for online training which will be for 2 days during office hours and ready to go live on Wednesday 6th January
