Temporary Legal Secretary

We are looking for an experienced property legal secretary to be based in our clients - someone who has worked in a property team within a solicitor's firm and has knowledge in Land Registry forms and AD1 forms. To work as part of a team delivering the highest levels of service to our clients by providing secretarial and administrative support to a minimum of 2 lawyers.
The day to day weighting and combination of responsibilities listed below may vary from one team to another depending on the needs of that team and their clients.
Day to day tasks to include:
" Drafting of standard letters and conveyancing forms and contracts for the lawyer's approval.
" Completing and submitting standard Land Registry applications.
" Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns.
" Preparing for and managing the completion of transactions.
You will need to have:
" Secretarial experience in a law firm with an emphasis on Conveyancing is required.
" Strong and confident client relationship experience and skills
" Good understanding of client service
" A good understanding of the context in which the work is being done
" Fast and accurate keyboard skills - 50 wpm minimum
" Good written and verbal communication skills
The role will be based in the office in Radlett, Monday to Friday 9am- with 1 hr lunch, £ to £ per hour and to start immediately.
It will initially be for at least a month rolling.
