Some of your duties will include:
Co-ordinating order requirements for clients based predominantly in and around the London area
Liaising extensively with customers both over the telephone and via email to establish their needs
Dealing with a wide range of enquiries in relation to products provided and stock availability
Taking orders from customers over the telephone and setting up on computer system
Allocating stock required to meet order requirements and arranging deliveries to clients
Managing any after sales issues that arise and ensuring all matters are resolved
