Head of HR
£48000 - £53000 per annum + generous benefits
We are currently working on an exciting Head of HR role for a public sector department. Based in Central London, you will take responsibility for the people aspects of the team of 50 people. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources will be responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy and ensuring the provision of a comprehensive operational HR function. The Head of HR has financial responsibility for the HR function including training and development, ensuring budgetary control and compliance to the departments systems and processes.
This role is both strategic and operational. You will be providing hands on coaching to the line managers on all aspects of HR as well as setting the strategy for the department.
You will be responsible for all aspects of HR which include but are not limited to:
Strategic Organisational Development Employee Relations Recruitment & Retention Learning & Development Management of Information, Systems and Procedures
