I am currently recruiting for a well-established Client in Ashby for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will be to provide efficient admin support to the Sales and Finance team as well as general admin duties.
Responsibilities to include:
• Assist in the processing of quarterly Service Billing • Managing and chasing of a number of Customer Debtors • Coordination and execution consumable orders end to end including Sage PO's, Sales orders and invoicing • Coordinating the invoice process, accurate checking for billing errors and exceptions, raising the necessary queries. • Managing stationery requirements • Attend to incoming and outgoing post. • Action inbound customer queries/ correspondence on CRM and distribute accordingly. • Interact with other employees and Managers to deliver the needs of the business and its customers. • Provide high level of ad-hoc administration support for the Financial Controller, and Management whenever needed.
