Salary of the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer: £(phone number removed) up to £32, + OT

Working hours of the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer :
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Flexible start and finish times)
Saturday mornings available every Saturday as overtime 8:00am - 12:00pm

Motivated and enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer required for a successful and expanding workshop in Salisbury.

As a HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer you will need to service and repair vehicles in a safe and economical manner.

HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer:

•Vehicle Inspections
•General Servicing
•Correction / repair of vehicle defects
•Engine / Gearbox repairs & overhauls
•MOT Preparation / Presentation
•Completion of all required paperwork
•Fault diagnosis

HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter / Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Engineer skills and experience:

•Required to work in busy workshop
•Must be conversant with current working methods, including MOT Preparation and vehicle diagnostics
•Experience working with Texa and SnapOn Modus diagnostic systems an advantage
•Experience of on-site inspections and attending breakdowns preferable
•Driving licence essential
•Someone who would like to do overtime would be a benefit for this role
•A flexible individual with a can do attitude
