Due to a very healthy landbank combined with strong sales a leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to work within the Thames Valley area.

The client is looking to appoint a Technical Manager who possesses low rise, volume house building experience to assume control of 2-3 projects as well as having the capabilities to support and guide junior staff as and when appropriate.

On off for this Technical Manager opportunity is a salary to £70,000 . plus benefits
