Would you like to work within a company who is supportive and believes that your future matters? - We are actively looking to recruit for Care Team Leader Right now we have a vacancy at Steep House Nursing Home, part of the Future Care Group with Good rating by the CQC and excellent reviewes on .uk website As a Care Team Leader you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of person centred care to our resident's whilst maintaining dignity, respect and wellbeing. Steep House is committed to supporting and developing all Care Assistants with ongoing training & leadership across all areas. The Care Team Leader will be taking responsibility for medication, wound management, continence, physiological assessment and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse. Previous experience within the Care sector is essential, however, full comprehensive training will be provided.
