Staff365 are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-known local warehouse distribution centre for an experienced Full time Administrator on a permanent basis.
Role:- Full time Transport Administrator
Shifts:- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Duties will include but are not limited to:-
Answering the telephone, general reception duties and assisting in the daily running of the office.
Checking the driver paperwork is accurate and correct.
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone.
Liaising with the warehouse management, visitors and drivers from the UK and abroad.
Dealing with complex stock queries and balances.
Sending out correspondence to customers.
Processing and producing invoices.
Dealing with any invoice queries.
Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing, keeping staff records up to date and ordering in stock / stationery.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:-
Good Communication skills.
A good telephone manner.
Computer literate and familiar with most Microsoft packages.
The ability to work effectively whilst under pressure.
Flexible approach to working hours when busy.
Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
An excellent Eye for detail.
Previous experience of an administration role.
Previous experience of working in a high paced fast environment is essential.
Rate of Pay
£19, per year
