We are looking for passionate Support Workers…  

To work in an environment that provides challenges with the opportunity to progress.  Join our team in ensuring that people we support have a full and happy life. We support adults with learning disabilities and autism with everyday skills such as administering medication, cooking, personal care, social activities and helping them to look after their homes.

As our Support Worker you’ll need previous experience in social care is desirable due to supporting individuals with behaviours that can challenge. Full training and extensive induction will be provided, but it is essential that you are caring, enthusiastic and engaging.  Must have the ability to be flexible.  Car driver desirable.

We take the safety of our colleagues seriously and operate a Covid secure environment complemented by comprehensive risk assessments and emotional support for our teams of key workers. Our teams are provided with full PPE and are eligible for immediate vaccination.

All interviews are held remotely via digital platforms.

Support Worker working hours: We work shifts over a 24/7 rota, many different shift patterns available with a variety of different customers.

We can offer contracts between 30 and 45 hours. Bank contracts are also available.
