One of the leading maintenance contractors are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a large estate based in South East London.
The contract has just been signed for five years and the client expects a very high level of service delivery.
The role will be looking after a team of six engineers and will be responsible for all day to day maintenance activities on site and also a small number of satelite buildings in and around South East London.
The duties will include, but are not limited to, managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules, attending client meetings, compiling reports, supervision of staff and managing sub-contractors.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, day shift and the hours are 8-5 and there will also be overtime and weekend work available as and when required.
The main site is a busy site that requires an experience supervisor who in emergencies is happy on the tools or dealing with paperwork. The satelite buildings are less busy but still do require a high level of service.
The package is:
Salary up to 45k based in experience
23 days holiday

Fully electrically or mechanically qualified to C&G Level
Experience of working around critical systems and plant
Experience of managing staff
Excellent communication skills
Strong compliance and health and safety understanding
