Are you looking to work for a dynamic organisation and be part of a friendly team who work together to provide the best Customer Service to new and existing clients!
You will be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience to all existing customers, working very closely with an external account manager and supporting new business opportunities.
Role responsibilities:
• Manage the sales inbox and process new orders.
• Acknowledge incoming enquiries and refer to sales team where appropriate.
• Be a strong advocate for the organisation, promoting the business and always portraying a positive can-do attitude.
• Ensuring customer service levels are of the highest standard
• Liaise with the external account manager, providing a high level of communication, administration, and accuracy at all times.
• Be part of a strong, dedicated and driven team.
• Produce quotes, reports and prepare samples
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this is a varied, fast paced role that requires an individual who can work well under pressure and as part of a team, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and follow processes. If you have experience and passion for offering outstanding customer service and want to be part of an innovative, inspiring, and driven team, this is the next role for you.
