Are you an experienced FMCG recruiter, have worked within sales or Account Management within the Drinks Sector or have experience working within a High End Hospitality setting?

We have an exciting role working as part of our highly successful Food & Drink Team.

THE SECTOR

At Futures we are a trusted supplier of high quality permanent and interim recruitment services within the Food, Drinks and Consumer Goods sectors.

The food and drink industry is the UK’s largest manufacturing sector so it's an exciting sector to be working in. As such a key part of the economy, it is crucial to make the right hiring decisions and we provide the best people to keep driving this fast paced industry forwards.

THE ROLE

You would be working with Senior candidates and clients in the Distilleries, Breweries, Brewery/Pub groups, Non-alcoholic, Wine and Food & Drink Distribution sector

The role would initially involve:

  • Providing candidate management, business development and administration support
  • Weekly cv searches in core markets to ensure minimum standard of CVs captured
  • Interview, add to system and share relevant information including Leads
  • Daily job board searches in core markets for lead generation
  • Current candidate management
  • Business development support
  • Marketing - Liaising with marketing team to produce content . blogs / Contributing to brand development and awareness

We would provide you with Recruitment industry training then you would be given a Sector to look after within the Drinks team

This role could suit a Graduate who has experience in High End Hospitality - you would be given full support and guidance from rest of the Food & Drink Team and become an expert in the sector
