Customer Service Advisors - Newcastle - £19,000 + Bonus
Starting salary of £19,000 with the opportunity to increase this up to £22,000 based on your performance in the role.

We require a number of individuals who are real team players and put customers at the heart of everything they do.
What to expect
- Joining as a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be helping customers calling in with general customer service enquiries and questions about their accounts.
- You will also be making outbound calls to provide customers with updates on any on-going queries.
- You must have experience in providing excellent customer service and be genuinely passionate about customer satisfaction.
- You’ll need to bring good IT skills as you’ll be handling customer information and updating databases
- Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Good communication skills
- 4days on 2 off - 40 hours per week - various shift patterns.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holiday) increasing to 30 (incl. bank holidays) after a year’s service.
