Core Duties:

* Provide support in the retention of existing clients through dealing with mid-term adjustments and the renewal process.

* Handle client queries on products, services and accounting.

* Credit control relating to outstanding client payments.

* Assist in obtaining insurance premium quotes for potential clients.

* Liaise with insurers regarding claims management.

* Preparation and issue of documentation.

* General office admin.

Experience Required:

* Previous insurance experience required.

Skills Required:

* Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.

* Ability to work reactively.

* Excellent communication skills including telephone manner.

* High standard of literacy and numeracy.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Ability to retain and recall information and a good aptitude for problem solving.

Part-time hours: 20-24 per week
