Crown Hills Community College wishes to appoint an experienced PA to the Principal. This is a very exciting opportunity to support the school on its continued journey which sees the school go from strength to strength.
The school has a huge positive impact on the lives of our students, who come from a wide range of backgrounds and to whom we offer every hope of a bright and fulfilling future. Our mission is simple, we want every student to be the best that they can be, thrive in the best possible career and contribute positively to society.
This role is working closely with the Principal to ensure that the entire school community runs smoothly.
This is a key role with line management responsibility and we are looking for a creative applicant with solid experience of providing personal administration support, ideally in a school setting. You need to have the emotional intelligence to deal with sensitive matters with clarity as well as communicating with those around you to improve delivery. We have 200 staff and 1500 students, so your ability to work with different groups of people in a dynamic environment is paramount and a key part of the role. You need to be able to align with the values of Trust, Fairness, Honesty, Integrity and Support, as you will represent me in my absence through telephone calls, online meetings and in person.
We are looking for the role to start as soon as possible so that there is a sufficient handover with the current post holder.
As part of the schools wellbeing charter, the school offers staff:
- Free staff breakfast on the first Friday of every month for staff to socialise
- Free tea and coffee every Friday for staff to socialise
- Staff Health and Well-being Policy
- Health Care Plan - exclusive and comprehensive healthcare plan
