Situated at the very heart of Dartmouth, The Royal Castle Hotel enjoys a landmark location and fantastic views over the river Dart. This award-winning 17th century hotel is an iconic and unmissable building and in the perfect place to enjoy everything that South Devon has to offer.

While you are proud of what you’ve achieved so far in your career, specifically within a food-lead venue’s high-volume kitchen, you remain hungry to achieve more. You have a natural flair for communication, thrive under pressure, and get a real buzz from being part of a dedicated team.
Your experience has seen you:
- Build passion and enthusiasm for creating fantastic locally-sourced, seasonal food that 'wows’ your guests.
- Develop brilliant teamworking skills.
- Utilise excellent organisational skills.
- Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate, and ideally an NVQ Level 2.
