The Day Job:
A great opportunity to start your career in payroll. When you join us (depending on your experience) you’ll start on our training program learning the basics of payroll, helping to ensure smooth processes for set up of starters and leavers within our NHS clients. As you progress with us, we’ll support you in learning more about the statutory requirements in payroll and delivering on these such as maternity and shared parental leave. Once you’re fully trained, you’ll be able to deliver processing of end-to-end payrolls alongside your team, handling customer queries and helping to support statutory processes at key times of year such as junior doctor rotations.
You’ll become an expert in NHS payroll and throughout your training journey with us will be taught everything you need to know around basic statutory requirements and handling our clients’ data securely. You’ll even have the opportunity to receive funding to complete a payroll qualification.
Most of all, each and every day in your role you’ll be making a difference to our NHS and allowing them to focus on frontline care.
Who are we looking for:
Whilst experience in payroll is absolutely welcomed, as outlined above we provide full training, so this isn’t a necessity for this role.
Are full-time hours difficult for you? – we will consider reduced working hours for the right candidate.
