Customer Service Representative – Mobile & Billings Co-ordinator
£19,000 - £23,000 (DOE) plus health insurance, laptop, pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days
A role is now available to work for a well-established, growing organisation, who have an outstanding presence in the telecoms, datacomms and mobile comms market place. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Billing and Customer Service Executive to join the team.
This is a customer service position where engagement and communication is key. You will be working to SLAs and budgets, giving general advice on the use of the product range and promoting additional sales.
A major element of the role will be working on the billing platform. You will be expected to work in a timely manner to assist in regularly updating information to ensure an accurate and timely bill run is provided each month to customers.
Within this role, you will be working with multiple internal and external teams and departments to help support, assist and facilitate a smooth customer experience.
YOU WILL NEED
Previous experience of working within a billings team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to deal with customers in an efficient manner
Ideally telecoms or IT products and services knowledge
Excellent organisational skills
In return for your skills as a billing and customer service executive, there is an excellent package on offer including:
Up to £23,000 Basic
20 days holiday increasing by one day with each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days
Standard hours of work are to 17:30pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm
