Nationwide Home Based Customer Service Adviser - The White Company
Would you like to work with a famous luxury interiors brand? We're looking for customer service advisers to work on The White Company account.
Working hours: hours, shifts available between Monday to Sunday 08:00-22:00. Full time only.
Pay Rate: £ + bonus (OTE £10ph)
You'll be contributing to The White Company's brand goal of "a customer service and shopping experience that is second to none" in all customer contacts to ensure they strive for first contact resolution."
You'll adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
Be able to demonstrate they have positively influenced the Average Order Value for the department.
You'll be given in depth training from day one, to set you up for success, and then on-going support working in a friendly and growth orientated environment. Many of our consultants have progressed upward and sideways in our business already, learning new skills and taking on permanent roles. We can't wait to see what you will achieve with us!

Here's what you'll be doing as a Home Based Customer Service Adviser with Woven:
Firstly you'll be given in depth online training from day one, to prepare you and set you up for career success, and then you will receive on-going remote guidance from a friendly and supportive central team, that will really make you feel part of a large "family".
As a Customer Service Adviser with Woven, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, email, Facebook messenger and of course the good old telephone! - You will ensure your customers have the best experience possible no matter how you are communicating with them.
You will be dealing with questions, queries and complaints, as well as advising customers on products, services, up-selling options and the latest deals available, from your chosen room in your house!
You will love this role if you genuinely get satisfaction from giving great customer service, and seeing a job is done right through to the end.

Work confidently independently but still able to work as part of a remote team, with the desire and willingness to add value to it
