Are you sales driven and enjoy speaking to customers on a daily basis?
As a Sales Advisor you will answer incoming calls and be the first point of contact for the customer, dealing with routine and product enquiries in a helpful and personable manner. On a day-to-day basis you will provide quotations, up-sell products and process orders received via phone, online chat or by email.
Our goal is to deliver the highest level of customer service across all channels whilst maximising our sales opportunities. Our Sales Advisors will develop exceptional product knowledge, sales and customer service skills.
As a Sales Advisor you will:
Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service with a fantastic telephone manner.
Up-sell products to existing customers, including key products and special offers.
Drive sales for the business by producing quotes and identifying opportunities for helping customers with their projects and advising on related product lines.
Ensure effective creation and follow up of sales quotations.
Liaise with suppliers, as required, to fulfil customer orders.
Escalate product or customer issues to the Head of Customer Service.
Be reactive and well organised with demonstrable ability to prioritise and effectively complete multiple tasks.
Enter notes into a database, including dates for follow up calls.
Develop and retain product knowledge by attending supplier training -time position between – 40 hours a week working Monday – Friday (no evening or weekend work!). great benefits and holiday! Predominantly working from home but there is the option to work from the office if required. Basic salary of £18,128- £19,336 but can achieve on target earnings of £30k!
