TSA are working in partnership with an Asset Management company who are looking to appoint a Lead M&E Surveyor.

We are currently recruiting a Lead M&E Surveyor to join a client focused team with offices across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen their team. The Lead Surveyor will be responsible for managing asset verification programmes, providing weekly updates on progress to FM Providers and end clients, carrying out site inductions and training as well quality checking data surveyed.

The role involves visual assessment of Mechanical & Electrical element condition, to be captured via a tablet application.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive Mechanical and/or Electrical or Building Services Manager , who is familiar with producing M&E reports and is proficient in identifying M&E Assets/Systems providing support to the existing team in the delivery of various projects and stock condition surveys.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

* Engineering HNC, BEng or equivalent.

* Health & Safety experience or training is essential

* Strong technical delivery experience

* Membership relevant to a professional body

* Track record of working with stakeholders

* Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery

* Able to build long-term relationships

* A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines

* A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious

Personal Specific Requirements

* Require 3 years’ post qualification experience assessing HVAC and Electrical installations element condition.

* For resources without formal qualifications, relevant experience must be evidenced detailing features that are aligned with the competencies required for this commission and timescales of the project/commissions, the scale of the project/commission and the individual’s role in service delivery.

* IT literate and capability to use tablet-based data collection technologies.

* Willingness to travel/ able to stay away for short periods

* Own transport & driving licence

* Experience with Asset Management surveys, Condition surveys & Lifecycle Reports
