To provide a pro-active and professional all-round HR service to the business and direct support to the HRBP.
HR advice and support in relation to absence and health issues. conduct grievance matters, redundancy consultations, investigations, recruitment, employment and employee relations matters.
Support the recruitment team when required.
Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and HR best practice.
Initiate and support Engagement initiatives.
Prepare management information and reports.
Must have CIPD HRM level 5 or equivalent or working towards.
Strong proven expertise in employment law ( desirable Irish employment law knowledge)
Experience in a similar role.
This is a Monday to Friday position , 9am til 5pm
