A permanent role signed off on 10/11/21, salary £45,000 to £50,000. Home-based 2/3 days a week.

The role

This role replaces their IT Manager of 11 years who wanted a fresh start in her career.

For the right individual, this will be an excellent role with the opportunity to shape its future, in how IT supports and enables the business.

You’ll be responsible for a team of 5 and a user base of 300. They have mature IT systems and infrastructure, as they continue to grow, your role will be to ensure what they have in place is fit for purpose in enabling their goals.

Your experience

  • You’ll be an IT Manager within a similar context, or looking to take a step up and build on the supervisory experience you’ve gained. More experienced candidates will be considered with the practical limitation of the salary range.
  • You’ll be a good business communicator - able to translate technical goals and issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • You’ll enjoy being accountable and responsible in your roles - you are the go-to person for all IT issues
  • Your career will be in growth mode, in line with the needs of the role. You’ll enjoy stretching yourself and learning new things, keen to take on more responsibility (while being rewarded for it) as the company continues to grow.

Interviews will take place by video, with the opportunity to meet at their offices if preferable.
