The Company and the Role: Passionate permanent Field Account Manager opportunity covering London M25 region and M4 Corridor, working in a successful telecom and datacom's provider, managing existing client base in a competitive environment. This is an amazing opportunity for a B2B Field Based sales professional who has experience as an account manager selling telecoms, datacom's, technology and IT solutions, hardware & software. Successfully improving net growth, increasing product penetration into an existing client base, effective pipeline management, while recording client data onto a CRM database, to diarise opportunities. Key Features: Ensure that customers are seen every 3 months for account reviews, managing a client base of 100-110 accounts. Using proven technical knowledge in the telecoms and/or datacom's industry, to gain a clear understanding of a customer's needs, budget, and future proofing requirements. Able to offer a trusted and premier level consultation, detailing features and benefits, utilising a whole range of portfolio products where required. Spotting commercial opportunities for your client base and the company, endorsing re-signing of the client base, and cross selling of the portfolio, using the specialist teams available through the business, to avoid cancellations, flagging high risk accounts for special attention. Managing your existing base and ensuring premium customer service offered, working with customers through service issues, technical resolution through to resolution and case closing, keeping in regular contact and communication. Knowledge and Skills Required: As a Field Account Manager, you must have knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas to be considered for this amazing opportunity: Telecoms / Datacom's experience is an essential requirement. Extensive experience in B2B, Corporate, Business, Client Account Management. Clear understanding of the objectives of commercial business across multiple verticals. Understanding and current experience of the sales process. Can demonstrate the sales process. Clear and articulate written and verbal communication. Commercial business acumen. Technical portfolio knowledge. Experience setting personal development objectives. Utilise CRM systems to build pipeline and manage pipeline effectively. Customer centric attitude. Manage a client base of 100-110 SMB accounts, with a world class background. Experienced in sales pitches, consultation, tendering and quoting tech solutions. Clean driving licence with own transport.
What's on Offer? The Field Account Manager basic salary can range up to £40,000 which will be assessed at interview and based on experience, plus other contributing factors. On target earnings is uncapped and can add up to £40,000 on top of your basic. Car allowance is available up to the value of £5,000pa. Working in a team of 8.
