Operations Supervisor (Downhole)
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Operations Supervisor (downhole) based in Aberdeen.Main Duties:Coordinate and supervise planning and preparation of all centrally deployed field operations relating to the company portfolio, to ensure successful deliver and installation into the well.Project manage all tasks in relation to equipment and service deployment, including resourcing manpower to meet the demand Supervise field engineers and provide suitable guidance and instruction to ensure flawless execution.To demonstrate commitment to the quality of service, including quality of records produced, aiming at meeting and exceeding customer expectations; To demonstrate personal commitment and leadership in protection of Health, Safety and the Environment;To follow company QHSE Policy, relevant operational procedures, HSE procedures and risk assessments;To communicate and report on any perceived non-conformances or faults in the service provided or in the company's Quality or HSE Management Systems.Qualifications & Experience: Experience within integration advanced completions, well testing technology, intelligent completion, gauges, ESP, or real time data recording units.Previous experience in an operations coordinator role, ideally within intelligent completion environment.Experience in a supervisory capacity within an operations environment.Competent in MS office products.HND/Degree in engineering, electronics or another applicable subject.Downhole tool experience (deploying or assembling)Current BOSIET and MIST Familiar with ISSOW systems Current UK medical certificatePrevious background in an operational supervisory role with a proven record of success.Good problem-solving abilities displaying a logical and pro-active responseDemonstrate a strong understanding of customer's requirements. Willing to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
