Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor;
Team working in a multilingual team of 12 based on site in Bradford. Taking ownership of client portfolio OTC (order through to cash). Committed to working in a fastpaced environment. Engaging in a personal and career development training programme to support in progression through the company opportunities to progress both on site and at other sites in the UK and Internationally will become available.
To be successful in this Advisor position candidates have to be able to speak both German and English languages. Experience working as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Officer or Customer Service Assistant would also be advantageous, but not an absolute requirement.
