A large reputable organisation in Cowley, Oxford requires an Insurance Administrator to administer the groups business insurance programme, corporate health insurance scheme and insurance claims to provide ad hoc support to the company secretarial team in performance of its duties.
Administer the Group business insurance programme Administer the Groups global corporate health insurance schemes, both UK and overseas Administer insurance claims Administer the executive health screening scheme, including processing payment of invoices from the provider Liaise with the vehicle office and claims handling company where necessary Monitor insurance claims performance against policy funds and prepare cell charts Renew House music licence with performing Rights Society annually Provide support to the Deputy Company Secretary and Assistant
You need to have experience or interest in insurance and risk management along with strong administrative experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel. Good arithmetic and analytical skills plus strong attention to detail along with clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
