£30000 - £32000 per annum
Role: Senior Support Engineer
Are you looking to work as part of fast paced highly technical team, your responsibilities will involve providing first class remote service to a wide range of individuals over multiple technology sectors with the primary focus being on Microsoft UC Stack and Skype for Business support.
As part of this you will get to work in a vibrant environment with likeminded technology focussed individuals providing the highest level of customer service and specialised support.
To identify, diagnose and resolve customer enquiries within an agreed SLA Show good initiative and the ability to research and investigate. Maintain excellent customer service standards from being to end. Work as part of a team and assist each other where possible. Drive growth and go above and beyond on a daily basis. Work effectively with customer success manager, operations managers and finance department.
Desirable skills set:
Previous Technical or Desktop support experience is highly desirable. Familiar with ITIL process. Microsoft Windows Server OS Active Directory Database/SQL Networking (LAN,WAN & DMZ) Skype for Business Server 2015/2019 Microsoft Lync Server Office 365 Stack. VoIP Telephony connectivity (SIP, BRI, PRI, FXS, FXO, etc.)
A Professional communicator who is credible and confident when dealing with customers, colleagues and suppliers at all levels. To show initiative and a desire to succeed and improve your learning and work ethic. A considered analytical approach to problem solving. As well as a hands on technical ability you will also have a good awareness and understanding of how to impact a business.
