We are looking for an experienced CRM Expert to join an exciting Marketing Team as our colourful lifestyle brand continues to grow.
Based in Burgess Hill, between London and Brighton, this CRM Expert will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of our Email Customer Contact Strategy.
Reporting into the Head of Brand, this fulltime role requires a dynamic individual with a head for tech and creative flair, who will be supported by a CRM CoOrdinator.
What Will They Do? Recruit, Reward, Retain and Reactivate WoolOvers Customers through a robust Email Plan that is integrated seamlessly into the wider Customer Contact Strategy.
This will include; Creating a seasonal Email Plan that integrates seamlessly into the wider Customer Contact Strategy Segmenting the database and running targeted campaigns based on Customer Shopping Behaviour Testing and Learning from considered trials and analysis, and evolving the Email Plan accordingly Introducing Industry Best Practice and reporting Weekly KPIs to the brand Upholding our Brand Values and finding new and interesting ways to speak to the Customer Experience with CRM systems (Ideally BRONTO) A proven record in customer acquisition, reengagement, reward and retention strategies, preferably in Fashion Retail. Planning and Communication skills, with attention to Detail A team player who can work on their own initiative, and nurture and motivate their direct report A colourful individual who wants to get on and is excited by seeing results
