Due to an internal promotion within the team my client is now looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to develop and deploy customer centric multichannel plans, working in collaboration with the crossfunctional brand and corporate teams and reporting directly in to the Head of Customer Experience.
Drive change, purposeful innovation and multichannel capability building within the business In collaboration with the other customer engagement managers and the head of Customer Experience you will define and implement the multichannel strategy and the transformation plan for the UK Define the Communications plan and tailor ongoing communications to embed the multichannel approach. Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to determine what insights, KPIs, metrics and targets are required to ensure CX Excellence.
You will be a dynamic and confident individual who is at ease liaising and influencing Snr stakeholders. Strong digital marketing skills Platform or Content Management systems ideal. MultiChannel Experience design of customer experience design across on/off line channels. Knowledge of ABPI and IPHA codes Basic Understanding of UX/CX and SEO What should you do next?
