Facilities Assistant Manager


£20000 - £30000 per annum


I am currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant Manager to join a team located in London working for a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Coordinator in the delivery of various office administrative, hospitality maintenance, logistics and porterage type services within the clients London premises.

Role Summary:

Conduct regular tours and inspections of all office and support areas to assess conditions and readiness for customer use and to detail any maintenance or corrective requirements. Undertake configuration and setup duties to all meeting, events and ancillary support spaces. Provide all mailroom, logistics, stationery, distribution and porterage support services. Undertake general maintenance and office support tasks as necessary. Provide general safety & security support by supervising and escorting service providers and contractors as necessary. Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Facilities Coordinator and other line managers as necessary. Maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with all other CBRE service delivery staff and their appointed contractors. Providing the highest level of service within your area of responsibility in line with the agreed specifications . Accountability for the day to day successful delivery for your area of responsibility. Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract. Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations. Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor / Line Manager.

Experience Required:

Good communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a wide variety of social and educational backgrounds. Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast paced and often demanding environment. Ability to accurately complete tasks, assignments and responsibilities in timely manner. Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive and productive manner. Possess a reasonable level of IT literacy. Must remain calm, courteous and polite in all circumstances. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail.
