Software QA Engineer
£45000 - £80000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity for a Software QA Engineer has just opened up with a company based in Oxford who are building Software and AI solutions that help change and save human life!
As this company continuously improves their products to deliver more value to customers; they have to protect against escaped defects that may cause serious issues for their end customers. We need someone who has the confidence to speak up when needed and the pragmatism to accept compromise. We need someone who will seek the autonomy to do the right thing and make changes to the products and processes that will inturn further enhance quality. You have a strong sense of team and are able to support those around you, keeping the team moving forward.
We are a team that wants to provide excellent software to patients. We want to enjoy the process of doing that, nurturing each other to produce the best results. We are Agile with a strong emphasis on collaboration and a big back log of exciting things to do. We have a culture of continuous improvement and learning, striving to do the best for each other and delighting our customers.
