The Role

  • Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor for their dynamic Corporate/Commercial department in Redhill. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. The candidate must demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent client care and organisational skills and be able to manage own caseload. The ideal candidate will have strong academic background, sound technical capabilities and solid drafting skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join this highly regarded team where progression is supported and encouraged.

The Candidate

  • This position is suited to a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE with experience gained within a reputable law firm;

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent academics along with strong technical skills;

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role;

  • The successful candidate will be a team player and also be able to work on own initiative
