Finance Manager - Management Accounting Crawley Court, Winchester Up to £63,000 per annum Plus Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months Utilise your management accounting, financial reporting, team and change management skills at Arqiva, global leader in communications infrastructure. As the Finance Manager - Management Accounting, you will hold management accounting and reporting responsibility covering the commercial business unit divisions. You will be responsible for a small team of Management Accountants ranging from part-qualified to fully qualified. With a continuous improvement mentality, you will support the preparation of high quality, informative and insightful commentary for the management board and shareholder packs. You will also be responsible for: - Managing the month end accounting and reporting process - Producing the business unit's monthly management packs, utilising and developing the systems to ensure efficient and accurate report production - Support the BU Commercial Finance team in accounting, forecasting and reporting of Revenue, Gross Margin and Opex including labour and headcount costs - Preparation of the annual BU budgets, working closely with BU teams - Support in keeping financial reporting compliant with finance policies and accounting standards, as set out by the Financial Control and Compliance team - Co-ordination across Finance to ensure the management accounting timetable is met, process improvements are identified, and timely action is taken - Support, challenge and business partner with business leaders to ensure effective financial decision making To be successful in this Finance Manager - Management Accounting role, you will be a fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant or equivalent.
